Construction water will be provided free of charge for any building or structure located outside the corporate limits of the town which is in the process of being constructed and which will be served with town water upon completion. The provisions of section 12-4-15 of this title shall apply to construction water provided to out of town water users. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
