The PIF for a proposed mixed use building shall be calculated at the time of the issuance of a building permit and paid based on the approved design for the building. The SFEs shall be adjusted and the final amount of PIFs required to be paid for such building shall be corrected at the time of issuance of a certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
