Any developer installing a new water main which is to be connected to the water system shall pay to the town a plan review fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Such fee shall be paid prior to commencement of installation of the new water main. A separate fee shall be paid for each filing of a multifiling subdivision. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
