This chapter applies to the following classes of uses of the town's water system: a) all nonresidential uses; b) all mixed uses; c) all residential uses, except for single-family residential uses; provided, however, if the town becomes aware of a cross connection at a specific single-family residential use, then this chapter shall apply to such single-family residential use; and d) bulk water sold by the town.
