This section is included in your selections.
All connections shall be of adequate size and an engineered design. It shall be the sole responsibility of the owner to determine the size of the connection required to adequately provide water service to the owner's property. The town shall have no liability for any improperly sized connection. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
