It shall be the financial responsibility of any owner or developer proposing to connect such person's real estate to the water system to pay all costs of extending and connecting such real estate to the water system. Any such extension or connection to the water system shall be done in compliance with all applicable town rules, regulations and standards. An owner or developer may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement of the cost of such extension in accordance with the provisions of section 9-2-3-7 of this code. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
