It shall be unlawful for any person to take, use or consume any water from the water system for any purpose whatsoever except through a water meter which meets the applicable requirements of this title. The provisions of this section shall not apply to bulk water delivered by the town without the use of a water meter. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
