12-1-8: OCCUPANCY PROHIBITED AND CONNECTION TO WATER SYSTEM REQUIRED:

Except as provided in section 12-2-13 of this title, it shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy any building within the town unless such building is connected to the water system in accordance with the requirements of this title. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
