Except to the extent inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of section 12-1-6 of this chapter, the definitions set forth in the town's: a) Development Code¹, b) subdivision ordinance², and c) Building and Technical Codes are adopted by reference and shall apply to this chapter. In the event of any conflict between the definitions set forth in section 12-1-6 of this chapter and any supplemental definition referred to above, the definition set forth in section 12-1-6 of this chapter shall control. Any word or term which is not specifically defined in section 12-1-6 of this chapter or in any of the enumerated Town codes shall be defined according to common usage. (Ord. 9, Series 2001)
