The town will work with local agencies to establish common standards for the type, size, and number of conduits and associated fixtures to be installed. Until these standards are established, a single conduit will be installed. The town Engineer shall determine the "direct cost" to be paid by the town in connection with the installation of conduit in the town's right-of-way as provided in this chapter.
