11-8-8: AUTHORITY TO REMOVE SIGNS FROM TOWN OWNED PROPERTY:

Any employee of the department, the Police Department, or the Public Works Department may remove and destroy any sign that is illegally placed on Town owned property in violation of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1, Series 2017)
