11-6-7: AGREEMENT FOR USE OF TOWN PROPERTY BY PUBLIC ENTITY:

The town manager shall have the authority to approve and execute a license agreement for the public use of any Town property. Sections 11-6-4, 11-6-5, and 11-6-6 of this chapter shall apply to the town manager's approval of any license agreement pursuant to this section. (Ord. 23, Series 2017)
