It shall be unlawful for any person to post, stick, stamp, paint or otherwise affix, or to cause the same to be done by any person, any commercial or noncommercial handbill to or upon any telephone pole, fire hydrant, post, tree, building or other public structure, except as may be authorized or required by the laws of the United States, the State of Colorado and the ordinances of the town.
