11-5-3: LIMITATION ON MANNER OF DISTRIBUTING COMMERCIAL HANDBILLS IN PUBLIC PLACES:
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute any commercial handbill in or upon any public property within the town by the use of any dispenser. (Ord. 24, Series 1991)
