11-3-9: EXEMPTION FOR NORDIC SKIING OPERATIONS:
This section is included in your selections.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to nordic skiing or sleigh ride operations or activities which are conducted by the town at the Breckenridge Golf Club, or which are conducted at the Breckenridge Golf Club with the prior approval and agreement of the town. (Ord. 38, Series 2002)
