It shall be unlawful for any player or other person to negligently, recklessly or intentionally cause unnecessary damage to the greens or the fairways of the course in the course of play or otherwise, including damage from driving a motorized vehicle on the golf course, and any person so offending shall be suspended from further play and club privileges until full restitution has been made in addition to other penalties provided herein.
