11-3-3: VEHICLES PROHIBITED:
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle or nonmotorized vehicle of any kind upon any portion of the golf course at any time unless the vehicle is:
A. Equipment which is being used by town personnel for the maintenance and care of the golf course and related facilities.
B. Motorized golf carts built and designed specifically for use by golfers on the golf course and leased from the Breckenridge golf pro. (Private golf carts are not allowed.) Golf carts rented from the pro shop shall only be used on those portions of the course which are designated as permitted areas.
C. Vehicles authorized by a special use permit subject to the conditions of the permit. (Ord. 26, Series 1986)
