A. Kingdom Park And Riverwalk Center Lawn: Animals are prohibited in those town parks commonly known as "Kingdom Park" and "the Riverwalk Center Lawn".

B. Bike Path: Animals are permitted on the paved town recreational pathway running generally northerly and southerly within the town and commonly known as the "bike path"; provided, however, that while on the bike path the animal shall be on a leash not longer than six feet (6') in length and, provided further, that the person in charge of the animal shall not allow the animal to impede or interfere with the movements of any lawful user of the bike path. The provisions of section 6-2-9, "Animal Feces", of this code shall apply to any person in charge of an animal which is allowed to use the bike path.

C. Cucumber Gulch Preserve Open Space Area: Dogs are prohibited in the Cucumber Gulch Preserve open space area.

D. Guide Dog: The provisions of this section shall not apply to a trained guide dog assisting a visually impaired person.

E. Violation: It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this section. (Ord. 7, Series 2007)
