All work shall meet the requirements of this Code and the engineering design standards and construction specifications. Any deviations from the code and standards shall be submitted to the town engineer for their review and approval through a written variance application. The variance request must be prepared by a Colorado-licensed professional engineer and shall meet the requirements of the engineering design standards and construction specifications. The town engineer shall review the application and issue a determination of the variance. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
