The permit holder shall request a final acceptance inspection from the town engineer at the expiration of the warranty period. If repair or replacement of public infrastructure is required, the permit holder shall complete repair or replacement within thirty (30) calendar days. If all work is completed satisfactorily, the town engineer shall issue a written notice of final acceptance of improvements and shall release the warranty surety. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
