All work in town right-of-way, public infrastructure, and other improvements to be accepted and owned by the town shall require a two (2) year warranty period. During the warranty period, the improvements shall be guaranteed and warranted free from defects. During the two (2) year warranty period, any defect determined to exist with respect to such improvements shall be repaired or the improvement replaced at the sole cost of the permit holder.
