10-3-12: INTERPRETATION:
This section is included in your selections.
In the interpretation and application of this chapter, all provisions shall be:
A. Considered as minimum requirements;
B. Liberally construed in favor of the town; and
C. Deemed neither to limit nor repeal any other powers granted under state statutes or other applicable law. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
