The town shall prepare a master plan for drainage within the town. New development within the master plan boundary shall be required to incorporate flows as specified in the master plan by the town engineer until such plan is completed. Additionally, the town engineer may require recommendations for drainage improvements contained in the master plan to be implemented by the developer. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
