Right-of-way and easements shall be dedicated to the town through a right-of-way dedication plat or subdivision plat meeting title 9 of this Code or other instrument acceptable to the town attorney. The rights-of-way depicted on the plat shall be of sufficient width, alignment, and location to allow construction of roadways and infrastructure meeting the engineering design standards and construction specifications. Lots resulting from the right-of-way dedication shall be in compliance with all regulations of title 9 of this Code. All plats shall contain all required language and elements required in title 9 of this Code and shall follow the development review process of title 9 of this Code. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
