Easements required by title 9 of this Code and by the engineering design standards and construction specifications shall be dedicated to the town and other utility providers, public agencies, and other parties as applicable. Easements shall be dedicated for all public utilities and infrastructure or private utilities and infrastructure serving multiple properties. Access easements shall be dedicated for any private alleys or common driveways of two (2) or more properties. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
