Rights-of-way and easements shall be dedicated to the town through a right-of-way plat, subdivision plat or other instrument acceptable to the town attorney per the requirements below. Unless otherwise provided in this Code, the engineering design standards and construction specifications, or by an agreement with the town, the town shall be responsible for maintenance of town right-of-way.
