Private accesses and driveways shall meet spacing, width, grading, geometry, sight distance, surfacing, and all other requirements of the engineering design standards and construction specifications. Only one (1) access shall be allowed per lot. Access shall be from the lowest classification street abutting a property. Additional access control requirements may be determined by the town engineer to provide safe ingress and egress to the property. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
