Proposed developments expected to generate greater than ten (10) vehicle trips per hour shall require a traffic impact study to be submitted to the town engineer. Study requirements and submittals shall be per the engineering design standards and construction specifications and as determined by the town engineer. (Ord. 3, Series 2022)
