It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor offense for any person who is released by the Municipal Judge on a bail bond of whatever kind to knowingly violate any of the conditions of the bail bond. Any person convicted of having violated this section shall be punished as set forth in chapter 4 of this title. (Ord. 65, Series 2003)
