The municipal judge may suspend the sentence or fine of any violator of a misdemeanor offense and place him on probation for a period not to exceed one year upon such terms and conditions as the municipal judge may determine. Probation shall not be imposed or granted to any defendant against whom a judgment has been entered for a violation of any infraction. (Ord. 16, Series 2000)
