1-21-14: RETENTION OF PETITIONS:
This section is included in your selections.
After a period of three (3) years from the time of submission of the petitions to the town clerk, if it is determined that the retention of the petitions is no longer necessary, the town clerk may destroy the petitions. (Ord. 12, Series 2010)
