Any tangible personal property the disposition of which is governed by other sections of this code shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable sections of this code, and not this chapter. Municipal court bond forfeitures are also excluded as said bonds are subject to the provisions of the Colorado municipal court rules. (Ord. 21, Series 2005)
