Pursuant to the authority granted by section 1-7.5-104, Colorado Revised Statutes, unless otherwise prohibited by law the town council may determine by resolution that any Municipal election shall be conducted as a mail ballot election under the supervision of the Colorado Secretary of State and pursuant to the rules for mail ballot elections promulgated by the Colorado Secretary of State.
