In accordance with the provisions of section 31-10-102.7, Colorado Revised Statutes, the town hereby adopts the Uniform Election Code of 1992 for use in connection with any coordinated election conducted by the Summit County Clerk and Recorder which involves Town ballot issues. The town clerk is hereby directed to work with the Summit County Clerk and Recorder, and other designated election officials, and to take all necessary action to implement the town's portion of any coordinated election in accordance with article 10, section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, the Uniform Election Code of 1992, and all other applicable statutes.
