The town council delegates to the town clerk the authority to choose the voting system the Clerk deems most appropriate for all regular and special elections of the town. Said elections shall be held and conducted, the returns thereof canvassed, and the results thereof declared in the manner prescribed by law for Municipal elections. (Ord. 4, Series 1992)
